Jon is Bayberry’s personal trainer, working with clients at the Manor, Cottages and Meadows. He supports clients to discover their fitness goals and gently encourages engagement with exercise and wellbeing for absolute beginners, as well as working with clients that already may have their own fitness schedule.
Dedicated to fitness, healthy eating and the power of this combination in relation to wellbeing, he is an engaging advocate and lives what he teaches. He believes that exercise and its wellbeing benefits should be available to everyone and he makes it his mission to ensure that his programme flexes to suit the client’s individual needs and abilities. A kind, friendly and good-humoured member of the team, Jon is a wonderful encourager and supporter of clients during their journey.
As well as being a fully qualified fitness coach, he is also completing academic training towards chartering as a Sports’ Psychologist, currently completing his degree in general psychology, with his sports’ psychology specialisation to follow thereafter.
