Creative Therapist and Guest Services’ Lead
Jennie is a qualified life and performance therapist and accredited Yoga Alliance yoga teacher, and has been involved with art, design, movement and creative expression for over two decades. She has served as a TV judge and choreographer on SKY ONE – as well as working across MTV and global music networks and with a wide range of film and TV. Today, she uses movement expression as a method of communication; connecting with clients as they explore wellbeing through exercise and movement, and in creativity, she uses immersive illustration techniques to engage the wellbeing of ‘flow’ and mindfulness. Passionate about conservation and all things ‘outdoors’, Jennie also utilises the gardens and grounds at Bayberry to integrate within the therapeutic programme – and also provides specialist support for onward recovery planning, using a model of exploration for personal development to support individual aims.
Her passion for the power of environment, and supporting people with their journey, extends into her parallel role as Guest Services’ Lead – ensuring the aesthetic and comfort of our environments and that the needs of our clients are attended to during their stay.
A lively, friendly, empathic, energetic and positive team member, Jennie delights in bringing joy, serenity and hope for the future into all of her therapeutic work.
